1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Repovia's web solutions and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Repovia provides web development and digital solutions including but not limited to:

  • Custom website development
  • Web application development
  • E-commerce solutions
  • Digital marketing services
  • Website maintenance and support
  • Consulting and strategy services

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Use our services for lawful purposes only
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Not interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Project-Based Services

  • Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements
  • Typical payment structure: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion
  • All payments are due within 30 days of invoice date
  • Late payments may incur additional charges

Ongoing Services

  • Monthly or annual subscription fees as agreed
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are not provided for partial months

5. Intellectual Property

Client-Owned Content

You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you provide to us. You grant us a license to use this content solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, you will own the custom code and designs created specifically for your project. We retain rights to our proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

6. Service Level Agreement

Project Delivery

  • Timeline estimates are provided in good faith but are not guarantees
  • Delays caused by client feedback or content provision may extend timelines
  • We will communicate any potential delays promptly

Support Services

  • Technical support during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM IST)
  • Emergency support available for critical issues
  • Response time: 24-48 hours for non-critical issues

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Repovia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

By Client

You may terminate services with 30 days written notice. You remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

By Repovia

We may terminate services immediately for breach of these terms, non-payment, or other reasonable business reasons.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
